Whether passionately, romantically, intimately or a combination of the three, make sure you’re loving thoroughly and correctly.  Happy Valentine’s Day.

Passionate Petite Triangle -

Appearing taller is every petite’s primary goal and thinner looking hips top the triangle-shaped woman’s style list. We’ve found a look that has all of the elements to achieve both desires.  The tulip-like bodice adds volume, working beautifully to display a slender top half.  Even if you have a small bust, showing off your thin collarbone with a little skin is equally sexy. The empire waist allows the dress’s flowy fabric to graze your hips, smoothing out the transition from your waist.  Wearing open-toed shoes in the same tone as the outfit, adds an elongating effect.

Romantic Rectangle

The V-neck of the blazer points to the belt and the bottom of the the jacket flares slightly.  Both techniques fool the eye into thinking the wearer has a defined waist.  The flaunt cut and medium weight fabric of the skirt adds fullness to a rectangle beauty’s hips and bottom.  Ballerina flats work well if you’re 5’9″ or taller; but I suggest heels to keep it Valentine’s Day sexy.

Impish Inverted Triangle

The beautiful black corset bodice and heart-shaped neckline work both to diminish and highlight sexy broad shoulders.  The lilac belt trimmed, in black tulle, along with the silk, eye-popping plum skirt, draws the eye to otherwise curveless hips.

Hot Hourglass

Real talk, I can’t stand you!  There’s not much you can’t wear.  Dress to accentuate your broad shoulders, reveal a classy amount of decolletage, show off your small waist and highlight those sexy legs.  It you are a plus size hourglass, avoid stretch fabrics like shown in the hourglass look above.  This type of fabric bunches and wrinkles around plus size curves.  Instead, select dresses in sturdy, stiff fabrics that help contain and smooth out those curves.  Remember your clothes are supposed to skim over you NOT cling to you.

Finally, here’s one last piece of advice.  Before you put anything on, make sure you choose the right undergarments.
