Fall is definitely near and a welcomed change from summer. Each “ber” month brings its own special element to fall fashion. September, with New York Fashion Week (NYFW), sets the tone; October suggests color palettes; November marks the beginning of the “dress to the nine” season and December tells us to “step up” our outerwear gear.
